Summary
Six billion people will be at risk of dengue virus infections by 2080 and we still lack a cure and effective vaccines for dengue. This multidisciplinary project aims to identify immunological signatures associated with severe dengue, to inform the design of dengue therapies/vaccines. You will achieve this by designing a novel bioinformatic platform that can integrate high-dimensional datasets obtained using cutting-edge immunological techniques in a CL-3 laboratory.
